Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check
Ensure the shoes are in pristine condition, unworn, and tucked safely inside the original Fizzy Goblet box with all tags attached.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your doorstep within 2-3 business days.
Refund or Exchange
After a successful quality inspection at our warehouse, we will process your exchange shipment or issue a refund to your original payment method.
